On the playing front, it has been an extremely busy month.
All three teams have been frantically catching up on fixtures
with numerous, unpredictable midweek fixtures.
The First team have continued their excellent form and
have only lost one of the last 12 league games leaving them
currently in third place in the Premier division. Despite
thrashing second placed Trent University 4-0, they are dependant
on the Uni boys dropping points to give them a chance of
runners up spot.
Similar story in Division One, with the Reserves in third
place, relying on other results to improve their position.
They too have only lost twice since Christmas, both times
to runaway Champions elect Bracken Park.
Success has also stretched to the Threes (strength in depth
that would have made Ken Taylor proud!) as they racked up
seven wins out of eight in March and April that gives them
a great chance of a top five finish.
Since Christmas Notts (as a club) have played some great
stuff and the club playing record is mightily impressive!
