Nottinghamshire FC went into this fixture with some trepidation as the home side's first team did not have a fixture and Notts were unsure what side they would field.

In the end, Notts came away with three deserved points after a solid, if unspectacular display.

The visitors went into a comfortable two goal lead courtesy of their twin strikers Rose and Greensmith and always looked likely to get a third.

In the end a late goal for the home side gave them renewed hope and Notts had to de solid and determined to keep them at bay.
