Guide to Notts FA Punishments

We thought that Notts players ought to be aware of what lies in wait for them if they get booked or sent off playing for Nottinghamshire FC (or for any other club) under Notts FA rules.

Offence	Punishment
2nd caution in same match	7 day ban & £10 fine.
Deliberate handball	7 day ban & £10 fine.
Insulting/abusive language	14 day ban & £10 fine.
Attempt to kick/strike a player	21 day ban & £10 fine.
Serious foul play	21 day ban & £10 fine.
Kicking/striking player	35 day ban & £20 fine.
Insulting/abusive to Referee	35 day ban & £20 fine.
Spitting at a player	42 day ban & £20 fine.
Head to head butting	112 day ban & £20 fine.
Refusing to give name/leave field	42 day ban & £20 fine.
As above, match abandoned	112 days & £50 fine.
Common Assault on match official	182 days & £100 fine.
Assault causing bodily harm	5 year suspension & £200.
Assault causing serious harm	Permanent suspension.

So be warned!!

Nottinghamshire F.C. does not pay the fines for players who are deemed guilty by the Notts Disciplinary Committee.
