David Seaman Vs A Carp
The Arsenal keeper, who has a passion for fishing, got caught up with a crafty carp. While attempting to land his catch the 26lb monster from the deep began to struggle. During this fishy fracas David felt a tweak in his shoulder, an injury which almost ended his international career.

Dave Beasant v Salad Cream
Goalkeeper Dave Beasant was out for two months during the 1993-94 season after going to a cupboard at home and knocking over a jar of salad cream which fell onto his foot, cutting him to the bone and damaging ligaments.
