In what can only be described as one of the most bizarre transfers in modern times, Norwegian club Floey has agreed to buy striker Kenneth Kristensen for his weight in fresh shrimp from rival club Vindbjart.

Kristensen scored 14 goals for third division Vindbjart last season and was looking to move to Floey. The Vindbjart directors apparently like fresh fish and the price was set.

The transfer is expected to be completed the next time the two teams meet. Vindbjart intends to bring a scale with them to the game in order to set Kristensen's official weight.
