Marcus kept close to the line, audaciously cut right swerved round one and parked the car - late again!

The atmosphere in the changing room was happy, the manager was happy and he told us if we win these teams left we can finish second, its up to us lads. Young Speno roared "come on lads!" Marcus twisted up four or five players making them look silly and was thru, out of the changing room and to the pitch for the warm up.

The game kick off and Notts started well lively, Willo went through and missed, Swannell missed, Atko missed, Marcus twisted up three defenders, megs another went down the line and cut in waited for the keeper to move and blasted it ouside right foot - missed, unlucky Marcus!

Then Notts gets a corner that gets cleared for a throwing, Swannell give it Marcus who crossed it and Speno steams in at the back post 1-0 Notts. What a cross, and the celebration from Marcus was wicked.

The opposition kick off and try hard to equalise, Dave goes walkabout and Adeys man scores, 1-1. Marcus screws at Mitch and Adey, Atko screws at Marcus, Speno screws at Atko, Willo screws at Speno and everyone screws at Dave.

Notts kick off and push forward, Atko run around like man possessed and gets booked, "I'm not bothered" said the mancy monkey.

Half time, Colin was happy but said we need to take the chances and stop screwin. We had our orange water and juice and went to win the game.

Notts kick off and apply pressure, Atko misses, Swannell, misses. Ole Gunnar Rose comes on for Willo, and missed kicked in front of an open goal. Marcus takes over and beats the big defender to the ball and twists him up with pure Marcus skill before taking the ball round the next defender and unleashing a 25 yard shot, it pings the post and flies into the net, the keeper not even moved that shot way too good for him. Willo says "yeah cheers 2-1" and Marcus celebrates again with pure style.

They kick off but start arguing and heads are down. Rudd goes down the line and cross to the back post, Jay knocks it down and Marcus at full stretch gets the shot way that flies in to the top corner. 3-1 Notts.

Marcus gives it the big lap of honour. Marcus, you da man! Game over Notts keep roaring on in second place.
